RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY 
Domestic Orders

We are so happy to have you as our esteemed customer and friend, and we appreciate your business with us.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be pleased to know that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you receive your package. Or if you wish to exchange your item for another merchandise, you may do so as well. We only ask that you return your item to us as requested below.

 

Terms + Conditions for Return / Exchange

Returns / Refunds
1. All items must be returned in original condition, together with it's original packaging. 

2. Kindly arrange for shipping of the merchandise back to our office, and kindly ensure that item is safely packed to avoid damages during transit. Any damages to the item during transit back to us, may result in a partial refund being made.

3*. For items to be eligible for a return, the original item tags and labels that are attached to the merchandise must not be broken or removed. Once the item tag or label has been removed, this indicates that the customer has inspected the merchandise to be to their liking and accepts the purchase. Any tampering, breakage or removal of these tags and labels will result in a rejection for a return.

4. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, mishandled or damaged during use. 

5. On occasion where more than 3 consecutive refunds have been made, Bauble + Scotch reserves the right to cease further selling merchandise to the said customer, in order to protect the property and merchandise of the Company.

Note : In the event of an item being damaged whilst in use, we offer repair services, or an exchange of an item of the same value on a case to case basis.

For specific cases like damage due to manufacturing defects, we offer a lifetime warranty where we will repair or exchange the item for you at no cost.

Exchanges
1. For exchanges, the item being exchanged for must be of the same or higher value. In the same principle, the item being returned to us must adhere to terms 1 to 4 as stated above. Each purchase is only entitled to one exchange.

 2. For returns and exchanges that exceed the 30 day period, we do apologize that we are not able to process the request. We seek your kind understanding.



Processing of Return / Exchange

Returns
Kindly contact us (via email, Contact Us section on website, or Live Chat on website) to inform us of your intention to make a return. Please provide us with the following details when requesting a return or exchange,

i) Your Name
ii) Your Address
iii) Your Order No.
iv) Reason For Returns / Exchanges (This is for us to understand your dissatisfaction with the product, so that we may remedy this problem from happening again in the future)

Once we have been notified, we will provide you with the return details such as Mailing Address, person to be addressed to etc.

Exchanges
For exchange items, kindly inform us which item you would like to exchange for by providing the item/style SKU when contacting us. Once we receive the item that you are returning to us, and deem it in acceptable condition, we will then send you an invoice for the difference in price value and shipping costs back to you.

If the item returned does not meet the requirements, we will then deduct the value of the returned merchandise, and proceed to send you an invoice for the difference in price plus shipping back to you.

For exchanges, once we have received payment from our issued invoice as mentioned above, we will then proceed to ship out your new order.

Conclusion of Return
Returned items are sent to our Returns team for inspection and processing. This will take approximately 7 days or less to process from the date of receipt of item. 

(i) In the event the item being returned is in complete form as requested, we will proceed to make a refund to you in the original method of payment, and you will be notified by email.

(ii) In the event the item being returned to us doesn't come as requested in terms 1 to 5, we will deduct the amount being refunded (ie make a partial refund).

 

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
International Orders

We are pleased to inform all our international customers that we extend the same courtesy of a 30 day return and exchange policy on our merchandise, should they not meet your standard or liking.

For the terms and conditions of return and exchange, kindly refer to terms 1 to 5 above (under Domestic Orders section), as well as the section on Processing of Returns / Exchanges.

Kindly take note that international customers seeking a return will have to be responsible for shipping the item back to us safely, without damage to the merchandise during transit.
